Siberian fir and activated charcoal toothpaste tablets contain hydroxyapatite (HAp), which is a non-toxic alternative to fluoride. It naturally restores tooth enamel.

How to use: 

• Chew the tablet through.
• Brush with a damp toothbrush for approx. 2 minutes.
• Spit out the foam (For maximum action of the minerals, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing the mouth with water).

• Recommended frequency of use: 2 times a day, morning and evening brushing.
• Recommended amount: 1 tablet per use.
• It is recommended to clean the interdental spaces with dental floss BEFORE brushing.
• To ensure maximum freshness of the tablets, keep them in a closed bag or pour into a container with a lid.
