Directions for use: Before first use, disassemble the bottle and boil all parts for 5 minutes. Before each use, wash the bottle and its parts with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Sterilize as needed in a sterilizer or by boiling for up to 3 minutes. Attach the silicone teat to the adapter ring and screw it onto the bottle, avoiding overtightening. Fill the bottle with milk or water. When warming in a microwave, leave the bottle open and shake the liquid after heating to ensure an even temperature. Always check the temperature of the liquid before feeding. After use, disassemble the bottle, wash all parts thoroughly, and dry before storage.
