Usage: adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day, depending on the intensity of sweating. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of water.

Storage conditions: Store at room temperature, protected from light in the original package. Batch number and expiration date are indicated on the package. Do not use after the expiration date. Keep out of reach of children.
