Pacifier Care and Cleaning

For safety, it is important that you sterilize pacifiers daily, but especially before the first use. Due to the use of natural materials, sterilization should be carried out as follows:

1.    Put the pacifier in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.

2.    Let the pacifier soak for 5 minutes.

3.    Take out the pacifier and let it dry. Squeeze out any water inside the pacifier.

After cooling, your pacifiers are sterilized and ready to use! Do not boil Rebael pacifiers, as this can damage the natural rubber. Frequent cleaning of the Rebael pacifier is important for optimal hygiene. Good hygiene is always important, but especially vital for small children and infants. Do not use UV sterilizers Rebael pacifiers are made from natural material which undergoes a natural aging process. UV exposure affects this process negatively – therefore, we recommend never using UV sterilizers. Never clean in the dishwasher Dishwashers do not reach a sufficiently high temperature to ensure sterilization. Also, the chemicals used in dishwashers may damage the pacifier.

Always check the pacifier before use, especially if your baby is teething. If the pacifier is damaged, discontinue use. Replace the pacifier every 4-6 weeks.

Rebael pacifier size 1 is suitable for age 0-6 months. Size 2 is suitable for age 6+ months.
