Pacifier Care and Cleaning
To ensure safety, it is important that you sterilize pacifiers daily, especially before first use. Due to the use of natural materials, sterilization should be carried out as follows:
1. Place the pacifier in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.
2. Allow the pacifier to soak for 5 minutes.
3. Take the pacifier and let it dry. Squeeze out the water inside the pacifier.
After cooling, your pacifiers are sterilized and ready to use! Do not boil Rebael pacifiers, as this may damage the natural rubber. Frequent cleaning of the Rebael pacifier is important to ensure optimal hygiene. Good hygiene is always important, but crucial for young children and infants. Do not use UV sterilizers. Rebael pacifiers are made from natural materials that undergo a natural aging process. UV radiation negatively affects this process – hence we recommend never using UV sterilizers. Never clean in a dishwasher Dishwashers do not reach sufficiently high temperatures to ensure sterilization. The chemicals used in dishwashers can also damage the pacifier.
Always check the pacifier before use, especially when the baby is teething. If the pacifier is damaged, discontinue use. Replace the pacifier every 4-6 weeks.
Rebael size 1 pacifiers are suitable for ages 0-6 months. Size 2 is suitable for ages 6+ months.
