Directions for use: Fill the glass bottle with 72 ml of lukewarm water up to the marking line. Add the entire contents of the refill powder. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes. If necessary, activate the pump mechanism, and the toothpaste is ready to use. Brush your teeth twice a day. After the toothpaste is finished, wash the bottle clean with hot water and a bottle brush, then refill it with a new refill pack.
