NORSAN Omega-3 Total is a fish oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids, containing EPA and DHA fatty acids as well as vitamin D3. The daily dose (8 ml) provides 2000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids and 20 µg of vitamin D3.

The fish oil is made from small wild fish such as sardines, mackerel, and anchovies. Extra virgin olive oil, which contains natural antioxidants, has been added to the composition.

The liquid oil has a mild taste and can be consumed on its own or added to food. Available in natural and lemon flavour.

Benefits of omega-3 and vitamin D3

Directions for use: Recommended daily dose: 8 ml. The oil can be taken directly or mixed into a drink, sauce, or other food. A 200 ml bottle lasts for approximately 25 days when used at the recommended dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: Fish oil (80%), extra virgin olive oil (19%), lemon oil, mixed tocopherols, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Storage: Store the unopened bottle in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 45 days. At low temperatures, sediment may form in the oil, which dissolves at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the bottle gently before use.
