Children from 3-5 years: 1 spray per day; children from 6-11 years: 3 sprays per day; children from 12 years and adults: 5 sprays per day.

1 spray contains 50mg of vitamin C (62.5%*), 3 sprays contain 150mg of vitamin C (187.5%*), 5 sprays contain 250mg
of vitamin C (312.5%*).

When using for the first time, press the spray pump 3-4 times to release the liquid. Shake well before
use. After use, place the cap on the spray nozzle and keep the bottle upright. If the product hasn’t been used for a long time, the spray may become clogged. To remove the blockage, hold the spray under warm water.
