Gummy candies were actually invented quite a long time ago. About 150 years ago. Of course, they were gelatin-based and the mold used was shaped like a human. The candies were called “Unwanted Babies” and were produced by Fryers of Lancashire in 1864.

But what is especially important to us – we never offer gummies made from animal ingredients, i.e., bones. If you’re interested in how regular (non-vegan) gummies are made, you can find plenty of information on YouTube and Google. But believe us, once you see (or even know) it, you can’t unsee the difference. Excellent candies definitely don’t need to contain bones.
