IDC Institute Ceramides hydrogel under-eye pads are designed to moisturize and refresh the delicate skin around the eyes. The soft hydrogel texture adheres comfortably to the skin and provides a pleasantly cooling sensation during use.

The formula contains ceramide (Ceramide NP), hyaluronic acid, glycerin, allantoin, aloe extract, and collagen. The caring formula helps moisturize the skin around the eyes and make it look smoother and fresher.
