Which size cup is right for me?

We recommend size M for women aged 30 and under who have not given birth. Size S is intended for teenagers.

Can using menstrual cups also cause TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome)?

No product is 100% free from the risk of toxic shock syndrome (including menstrual cups), but the risk is much lower. This is because the menstrual cup does not affect your mucous membrane. The cup does not absorb, but only collects.

How to insert the cup?

Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

Step 2: Fold the cup so that it forms a “C” shape.

Step 3: Insert the cup, it is best to insert it horizontally.

Step 4: The cup will open by itself (you may need to twist it first)

Step 5: When properly inserted, the cup creates a vacuum and will not leak.

How to remove the cup?

Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly

Step 2: Do not pull the cup out by the stem, but squeeze the bottom of the cup and wiggle it from side to side to break the vacuum

Step 3: Make sure the cup remains upright

Step 4: Empty the contents into the toilet or sink

How to change the cup in public places?

This is one of the more challenging aspects of using a menstrual cup. Once you find your fit, we recommend the following method if you want to empty your cup in a public place. Buy an extra cup and take a clean cup with you in your bag or a waterproof pouch. Rinse the cup clean before going to the restroom. Empty the used cup and wrap it in toilet paper and store it (in a waterproof) bag. Then insert the second cup and clean the used cup and bag at home.

Can the menstrual cup be worn all day?

Remove and empty the cup after a maximum of 12 hours.

How to clean the cup?

After use, rinse the cup under running water. After your cycle, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water. To sterilize in a microwave, use a sterilization bag designed for microwave use.
